Week 3 - Would you like a little whine with that cheese?

Are there no holidays or weekends in the world of cyber classes? I am not accustomed to having assignments due on days that I normally have off! This week was particularly intense both in regards to the class assignment workload, and also because I was preparing for the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) which I was scheduled to take in Spokane on Monday. The good news is that I survived both the GRE and the assignments.

OK, enough whining! The assignments kept me busy, but I enjoyed digging into library resources. I was surprised to find helpful information in both general and specialized encyclopedias, and to find several books that might be useful. My biggest discovery was new search terms that I hadn't originally considered.
