I had another successful QP session this week, though I still struggled a bit with finding my way around the interface. A few times I tried to elicite Quill’s help, but she had become engrossed in helping her patron with a fairly complicated question and was unable to assist me. Fortunately, I was able to work through the difficulties (mostly related to identifying the library and accessing the policies for that library). The good news: I provided helpful responses to my patrons – not quick, but successful!
